Terms and Conditions Agreement
1. Ownership: The Design template, including any customized designs or content, created through this service, remains the intellectual property of our company.
2. Personal Use Only: The Invitation template provided is for personal use only and may not be used for any commercial or promotional purposes without prior written consent from our company.
3. Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the content, images, and attachments you provide for the Design template. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use and share the provided content.
4. Privacy: We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information provided in this form in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information will only be used for the purpose of creating and delivering the Invitation template.
5. Delivery: While we strive to deliver the Design template on the preferred date and time specified, we cannot guarantee exact delivery timings due to potential technical or logistical constraints.
6. Modifications and Revisions: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate any requested modifications or revisions to the Design template. However, additional charges or limitations may apply depending on the complexity and extent of the requested changes.
7. Liability: Our company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Design template or any issues related to the delivery or customization process.
8. Termination: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Design template service at any time, without prior notice or liability.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia.
